My mission is to help you reach your health and fitness related goals. I will show you the path and help you stay on it.
By drawing knowledge from years of experience within the British Army Infantry, ultramarathons and combat sports allows me listen and understand what your wants and needs are and help you achieve them. 
Your physical and metal accomplishments give me great satisfaction. 


I’ll show you how ownership, consistency, discipline and making manageable adjustments in everyday life will let you achieve great and consistent results that last.


All personal training includes nutritional coaching, monthly cookbooks and eating out “survival guides”, which contain nutritional information on popular food chains.

THE COACH

My motto is "train to be something, not to look like something". I have always trained to be something and as a result my body and mind have adapted to deal with its current fitness demands.  

Most of my adult life has revolved around extreme physical activity starting with playing basketball at school and college and learning various forms of martial arts. I have been put through some of the hardest physical and mental assessments the British Army has to offer and have trained in Krav Maga, MMA and Brazilian Jiujitsu - competing nationally and internationally.. 

A major passion of mine is trail running and taking part in Ultramarathons. An Ultramarathon is any race over a distance of 26.2 miles. I have participated in such races ranging from 50k (31 miles) to 100k (62.2 miles). These events are completed in one attempt and I have found my place as a front-middle pack finisher. 


Circle of Vigour has a strong emphasis on strength and conditioning. This allows a person to prevent injury and stay as tough as possible. It's something Circle of Vigour refers to as ‘battlefitness’. Minimal equipment is my approach. Using your own body weight and basic tools to build real, primal, functional fitness that is adaptable into all training demands.

ONE TO ONE PT

First I will get to know you and understand your health and fitness related goals. We’ll figure out what works for you to create a completely personalised health and fitness programme. Nutritional coaching, cookbooks and eating out guides are included as standard. 

Whatever your goal, we will work out the path to get there.

ONLINE PT

I can deliver online personal training and nutritional coaching. You will have all workouts delivered via an app with video instruction, nutritional advise, daily reminders and much more.

Every workout will be delivered via an app for total ease of use.
