Service Description

This course will allow you to cover the basics all the way to the advances techniques of lifting. You will be with like minded people in a fun and engaging class run by 2 experts in their field, coach Rachel and coach Jay. Course details. FOUNDATIONS COURSE Learning the basics of lifting and resistance training. INTERMEDIATE COURSE Building upon the basics. Learn about training protocols such as rep ranges, sets, rest periods, tempo, time under tension etc. Intro into more complex movements such as utilising power in reps eg push press. Intro into periodisation in training - linear/undulating periodisation. SPECIALIST COURSE Olympic lifting Power lifting Conditioning with weights such as barbell cycling etc.
